Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please email support@seebelief.com with your order number and reason for return — this helps us improve our products and service.
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).

  • Refund times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different colour or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order through the store.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@seebelief.com with a photo and description of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away — whichever you prefer.
